Ordering TurboTax for Home & Business is a necessary evil in my world. It was made slightly less bitter today since there’s a pre-order discount of $10, PLUS I found out that if I went to the TurboTax webpage through Ebates, I’d get 7.5% cash back. I signed up for Ebates a while ago but kept forgetting it existed, so didn’t use it much until last week, when I installed the Chrome browser extension. When I went to the TurboTax website today, I got a notification at the top of my browser of the 7.5% cash back offer. For the software I ordered, that comes out to $7.43 – enough to buy me three visits’ worth of coffee at my favorite café. Woot!
